Debut of the Fire-Climate-Society v1 model in a special meeting for the Principal Investigators on the WALTER project

Several improvements to the site:

• Two new policy overviews added to Policy section: the National Fire Plan and the Healthy Forests Restoration Act
• Some of the text on the site rewritten to be more concise and up-to-date
• Improved CSS (if you use an older browser such as Netscape 4.7 to view the site, you might notice a slight change in the appearance)
• Removal of deprecated HTML tags

• Changes in site architecture
• Added information boxes to all pages
• Developed an username/password protected interface for administration of website

New look for the WALTER site! The entire site was revised to incorporate a new design, a better navigation stragegy, and lots of new content.
